Delivery / Shortages

Orders delivered throughout the UK will usually be dispatched and delivered within 1-4 working days. Once the order has been accepted by the buyer, The Company takes no liability for the losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the delay in delivery of goods.

The Company also takes no responsibility for damages that may be caused by third parties/couriers or delivery personnel. Any shortages/breakages should be reported back to office with 48 hours of receipt, notification of shortages should be made my telephone and not by email:  0113 22 44 660

Out of Stock

If we are currently showing no stock for an item you have ordered we will contact you directly and allow you to cancel the order or move the delivery date.

Delivery will be made to the address detailed by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that arrangements are in place to take delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

The customer may cancel the order at any point prior to dispatch. This must be done via telephone and not email, as we cannot guarantee the email will be read in time to stop the order being processed.

Once goods have been accepted, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be met by the customer, unless previously agreed with Solutions Lighting Ltd.
